Return Policy - This agreement lowers our costs, and we pass the savings on to you. A complete sales invoice will be mailed with the last shipment. We will attempt a call with the final price or you can email or call us at 970-247-1583 and request a final price. Thanks for purchasing one or more of our backdrops/backgrounds.

You agree that you are the cardholder and that the address you provided is the correct address to which we should ship the backdrops/backgrounds that you have purchased. You also agree to the terms of this sale listed below and on PRICING page with restrictions, a 100% limited refund for returns of one scene, one time per customer after a shipping, *printing charge and media $17 charge, returned within 15 days, and 30% restocking fee for multiple scenes or returns after 15 days, with restrictions. An RMA # is required to return merchandise. No returns on international orders and restrictions.

Restrictions:
100% money back guarantee (after shipping, printing charge) for stock Backdrops and Backgrounds returned within 15 days of receipt. Piece must be returned in the original shipping tube and received by us in a condition suitable for resale. Installed and removed scenes may not be suitable for resale. Offer good for one scene, one time per customer. *Printing, shipping charge and $17 media charge is not refundable. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Returns without an RMA will be refused. International shipments will be a case by case basis. No returns on EB scenes, EZbackgrounds, EZKut, EZscenes, samples, blemishes, ordered transitions or N scale 24 or 36 inch. Printing charge also applies to scenes completed but not shipped. Defective scenes are our determination.

For more than one scene or after 15 days:
A 30% restocking charge based on the full retail price for stock Backdrops and Backgrounds returned within 30 days of receipt will be charged for each piece. Piece must be returned in the original shipping tube and received by us in a condition suitable for resale. Installed and removed scenes may not be suitable for resale. *Printing, shipping charge and $17 media charge is not refundable. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Returns without an RMA will be refused. International shipments will be a case by case basis. The restocking fee may be reduced depending on the circumstances and at our discretion. No returns on EB scenes, EZbackgrounds, EZKut, EZscenes, samples, blemishes, ordered transitions or N scale 24 or 36 inch. Restocking charges also apply to scenes completed but not shipped. To avoid charges, cancellation with proof must be made before scenes are completed.

*A $40 (on BackGrounds) ($50 on BackDrops) ($80 on Canvas) printing/shipping charge is included in the price for each BackDrop/BackGround scene and is not refundable. All scenes are custom made and printed individually for you. A $17 media charge is also not refundable.

Fraudulent representation on credit card purchase may additionally bring legal action.
